The Rule

We have 4 groups.

Word verify mean keep, remove or unremove.

New messages/comments that don't have image and link are kept
in normal page. Otherwise they are kept in wait-verifying page.

Reader can verify any message/comment.
(that didn't be verified by other group yet.)

Comment owner can remove/unremove own comment.
(that didn't be removed by otherone.)

Message owner can...

	Verify comment. (that didn't be removed by comment owner or webmaster.)
	Remove/unremove this message. (that didn't be removed by webmaster.)
