Her royal highness princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has presented
Mr. Puttipan Ponyanun, the Chairman of the Board of PPA Innovation Co., Ltd., with the research scholarship for “PPA Tatip” program at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa.

PPA Innovation Co., Ltd., with the core competence in Artificial Intelligent (AI), was established in 2003 by Mr. Puttipan Ponyanun, the engineer who had won silver and bronzer medals in the Computer Olympiad competition. Until now, the company has developed over 10 kinds of AI products allowing users to efficiently deal with traffic, security, entertainment, Thai language processing systems, and etc. The products are, such as, PPA License Plate (License Plate Recognition System), PPA Moses (Container Identification Number Recognition System), PPA UV (Under Vehicle Inspection System). Every product gains creditability from the clients in both public and private sectors, over 100 representations. It also won many awards from variety of competitions, media – news, television, radio - and Board of Investment (BOI).

For social benefits, we developed many AIs for assorted groups, for instance, blinds, temples, and Thai students who study aboard. For example, every blind Thais who uses computer uses “PPA Tatip”.
